The Bishop Simeon Trust has been there for vulnerable children in South Africa since 1989 and intends to be there for as long as they’re needed. Throughout its history the Trust has depended on its remarkable supporters to help them transform communities and change lives – your support has always been essential.

You can help to build a better future for children by making sure that they have the support and protection they need from sustainable local services when you make your Will for Good. It currently costs £4,000 a week to stay running and there are many more children who need their support beyond the 2,000 reached each day. Gifts in wills are vital to this work and the long-term future of these children.

There’s no obligation to include a gift in your free will, but anything you leave will help ensure that the most vulnerable children are protected, able to meet the challenges they face and build a better future for themselves, their families and their communities.

How it works

1. Click the Start your will online button

Our online interview securely gathers all the information your legal advisor needs from you and uses it to create a draft will for them to review. Online chat is available if you need help.

2. Attend your legal appointment

Book an online video appointment with our legal team or a meeting with your local legal firm in person. Your advisor will explore your wants and needs and explain your options.

3. Receive, sign, and witness your will

Your will comes with instructions on executing it properly. If you choose a participating legal firm, they can help you sign it, witness it, and store it securely for you too.

What you can expect from your legal advisor

A good standard will from our Bequeathed legal team includes up to 30 minutes of advice for free, or 45 minutes if you're a couple. Select this link to read the detail of what will and will not be included for free.

What you get from a legal firm will depend on what type of service you book and will be confirmed in their Client Care Letter.
