Make your Will For Good

Good for family. Good for friends. Good for charity.

Support Liverpool charities with your Will For Good

Wills are critical for charities that serve Liverpool and Merseyside. Some charities rely on gifts in wills for as much as 60% of their total donations.

Bequeathed is happy to be partnering with Bluecoat, Bradbury Fields, Liverpool Charity and Voluntary Service, Liverpool Sunflowers, University of Liverpool, The Walton Centre Charity, The Whitechapel Centre and Zoe's Place Baby Hospice.

There is no obligation to include a gift in your will to any of our Liverpool charities, or to any charity, but many of our users do.

A gift in your will, no matter how small, can make a huge difference to good causes across the region.

How it works

1. Click the Start your will online button

Our online interview securely gathers all the information your legal advisor needs from you and uses it to create a draft will for them to review. Online chat is available if you need help.

2. Attend your legal appointment

Book an online video appointment with our legal team or a meeting with your local legal firm in person. Your advisor will explore your wants and needs and explain your options.

3. Receive, sign, and witness your will

Your will comes with instructions on executing it properly. If you choose a participating legal firm, they can help you sign it, witness it, and store it securely for you too.

What you can expect from your legal advisor

A good standard will from our Bequeathed legal team includes up to 30 minutes of advice for free, or 45 minutes if you're a couple. Select this link to read the detail of what will and will not be included for free.

What you get from a legal firm will depend on what type of service you book and will be confirmed in their Client Care Letter.

All our firms are accredited, either by a regulator or through an independent professional standards body. Select this link to read more about the quality assurance of our legal team and our Will For Good legal firms.

Very useful for the visually impaired. I have asked rather than flowers for my funeral that money be donated to your worthwhile charity. Thanks!
